As a Landscape Designer/Gardener, who performs routine residential maintenance, Mauricio Larios can legally perform the following routine services without a C-27 landscape contractor license. He can also perform other unlisted individual landscape-related maintenance and repair services valued under $1,000 in parts and labor, when the work does not require permits or use employee labor. Mauricio Larios is NOT a state-licensed contractor and operates in compliance with restrictions set forth by the California Contractors State License Board for unlicensed individuals. However,...

Available Gardening / Landscape Maintenance Services: 

 

-Planting Design; as related to the sell of Nursery Stock

-Mechanical hand weeding in all planter areas.

-Pruning of shrubs or groundcover plant material to maintain size and healthy growth.

-Trimming / Pruning of trees or palms under 15’ in height

-Seasonal trimming of ornamental grasses

-Mechanical management of insects or pests

-Seasonal trimming of roses or deciduous shrubs

-Weekly deadheading of perennial flowers to promote more blooms.

-Seasonal feeding with time-released plant food.  Ex: Miracle-Gro Bloom Booster granules. - Material cost invoiced

-Seasonal Soil Acidifier for PH adjustments – Material cost invoiced (Soil Sulfur)

-Sweeping of flat masonry surfaces and debris clean up (emptied in Client’s green waste container - excess hauled away)

-Clean decorative rock beds seasonally

-Seasonal irrigation system audit. Inspect the system, make adjustments, identify issues, and provide estimates for repair.

-Wipe down 12V lighting fixtures and 120V wall lanterns.

-Clear surface drain grates and maintain established drainage soil grade.

-Routine small fountain maintenance (filter cleaning and nylon brushing)

-Lawn care for turf under 300 square feet, mowing, edging, and trimming.  (eco-friendly  electric equipment)​

Routine Maintenance service is customizable to the client's needs.  

1.5 hours per service at $65 per service plus the cost of materials/allowances. (ex. seasonal plant food)

• 30 minutes of weeding & feeding

• 30 minutes of pruning/mowing/trimming

• 30 minutes sweeping and cleaning

2 hours per service at $85 per service plus the cost of materials/allowances.  (ex: seasonal plant food)

• 30 minutes of weeding & feeding

• 30 minutes of pruning/mowing/trimming

• 30 minutes surplus mowing or detailing & refining and improving the landscape

• 30 minutes sweeping and cleaning

Small tree, planter clearing estimates (No lawn or turf removal).  (Provide project photo(s) via text or email for a fast itemized quote)

All other landscape-related repair service requests will be invoiced separately and may not exceed $500 in parts and labor.  Estimates will be provided upon request.

Bi-weekly:  Tuesday 2pm - 4pm

Service is invoiced monthly on the first of the month via email or by a Payment Processor for convenient payment options. (Zelle or PayPal)
